KR Terms and Conditions
KR have 2 factories, one in the UK, one in the USA. Pick your country/currency from the menu for your location.
We ship from the USA factory for US/Canada and related areas. All other locations are shipped from the UK factory.
All sales and administration is generally carried out within office hours, Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 16.00
Our aim is to post within 24 hours of receiving payment, subject to the above office hours. Bear in mind that if you purchase
on a Friday evening, your purchase will be actioned on Monday morning - we all need weekends too!
We will reply to your order confirming a dispatch date, and if there any queries with your order detailing any further information or corrections
we need from you. We have a newsletter for our customers which we will send to you to keep you upto date with new products and special offers etc
which may be of interest. This can be unsubscribed to at any time.
We use a combination of post office, airmail and couriers as appropriate to dispatch our goods. Occasionally orders shipped outside
of the EU may require import customs payments at entry. These costs are not within our control or included in our sales prices and
are the purchasers responsibility. Please satisfy yourself regarding this prior to purchasing.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or service please do contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue promptly.
Likewise if you are happy with your product (our feedback on eBay, on Facebook, and from recommended sales suggest you all are), then
please tell your friends and fellow gamers!

In summary the main points are: If you are not happy with the item you have
purchased please email us to see if we can resolve the issue. Please inform us by e-mail within 14 days of receipt that you do not want
the item and wish to return it. If we are unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, please return the item in the same condition
as sent (i.e. not used or damaged), securely packaged in its original packaging and we will refund the cost of the item and original postage.
Your only cost will be the return postage.
If KR Multicase is at fault, e.g. an incorrect item has been sent, the return delivery will be refunded, and the correct item will be sent. Please
inform us by e-mail as soon as you are aware that you have received an incorrect item. Goods must be returned in the condition they were sent
(i.e. not used or damaged).
